When Yosie sees this little Max Lucado devotional she gets so excited! Oftentimes she’s so thrilled she flops on her bed and does her “happy dance”. It takes her minutes to calm down enough to actually open the devotion up and allow me to read.
It makes me smile that she enjoys this part of her day so much. It wasn’t long ago that she avoided sitting still and would slam any book shut that you tried to open and read.
You can see from this video that she has some work to do in the area of sitting and paying close attention, but we’ve got lots of time to work on that. Today we’re celebrating the fact that she likes to be read to and enjoys talking to Jesus!
